Oh what an unhealthy life in a healthy fashion we live, isn’t it?

Oh yes I am sweating it out at the gym daily but why must it stop me from enjoying that delicious brownie, after all I am fit right?

So our lives have become like above, we claim to be living a healthy life cheating ourselves that we are indeed living an unhealthy life but who cares as the cake of life looks healthy.

Almost everyone in today’s time loves to juggle too many things in life, including me.

This generation is the one where in even though our plate is full we are ready to do more and more.

In all this juggle which further leads to a mess most of the times, we lose our balance.

As there is no balance of anything anymore there is so much stress which leads to health issues.

Then trying to get the right balance in life becomes so difficult that the money that we saved so much by juggling everything ends up in paying doctors’ bills.

Knowing the increase in the occurrence of  illnesses these days, a health cover is of utmost importance.

But is having only a health insurance enough? Your health insurance will provide you a cover against illnesses like malaria, minor surgeries, injuries, etc but what about critical illnesses like cancer, kidney failure, heart disease etc?

Do you think that only having a health cover will provide a comprehensive protection? It may only pay for your hospitalisation bills depending on your sum assured but it will not cover your other treatment cost which may not need hospitalisation, it will not pay your EMIs when you are not in a position to work post a critical illness.
